Radiography and Digital Imaging
In 2009, the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) board of trustees voted to require that beginning Jan. 1, 2015, candidates applying for certification in radiography, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, MRI, and sonography must have earned, at minimum, an Associate’s degree. With the Associate’s quickly becoming the minimum qualification, the importance of earning a Bachelor’s and keeping your competitive edge on the competition is essential.
Our BS RS program offers a compilation of both business and radiography skills. It offers you all the experience and value of a Heathcare Administration degree, while still focusing on radiography theory and practice. Our graduates are professional leaders of imaging departments, imaging educators, community advocates, and a percentage go on to become Radiographer Assistants.
