To be considered for admission to an FHCHS online degree program, prospective students must provide:
Online Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences
- a completed application
- a $20 application fee
- a copy of your ARRT or NMTCB registry card
- all official transcripts from previous institutions that you have attended (Must be mailed to FHCHS directly from the school attended)
- two recommendations on FHCHS forms
- an Associate degree in health sciences from a regionally-accredited institution OR a certificate from a hospital or military based program**
- a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 ("C+")
**If you do not have an Associate's degree, you may qualify to be admitted as a Bridge Student if you have a certificate from a hospital or military based program and are Registered with ARRT or NMTCB.
Online Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- a completed application
- a $20 application fee
- an Associate degree in Sonography from a regionally-accredited institution; or an Associate degree in health sciences from a regionally-accredited institution and have a diploma or certificate from a sonography program; or a diploma or certificate in health sciences and have a diploma or certificate from a sonography program.
- a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 ("C+")
- be registered in sonography with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography(ARDMS), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT), or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- all official transcripts from all colleges attended (Must be mailed to FHCHS directly from the school attended)
- two recommendations on FHCHS forms
